Hi all, my name's Brian and I'm a 26 year old Filipino Male who moved to the UK when I was 5 years old.

I have been working with a Trade Union for almost 6 years now as part of their Data Protection (GDPR) team so I have a stable income to fall back on!

In regards to pets, I would prefer a no-pet household but I am happy for there to be pets as long as my room is strictly off limits. I do love pets and all (we have 2 cats at our house) but I really do not appreciate having all my furniture turned into scratching posts and would prefer not to have to deal with that when I move out also.

I also very much love to motorbike and that would be my main form of transport in getting to work so some form of parking is a must for me as I have two bikes to drag along with me (one for fun and one for commuting).

I'm also into badminton and have been playing since late 2022 and would be more than happy to share the love of this sport to my new housemates.

At the same time, I am also a PC gamer (though have not had as much time recently) so if there are any housemates who are into co-op or multiplayer games would definitely be interested in joining in during my downtimes!

I would definitely prefer a place with a shared living room as just hiding in your room all day can lead to a very depressing lifestyle.

I would also prefer a rental price with the bills already included but happy to go with split payments for utilities depending on the situation.
