Looking for a spare room to sew in

A previous house I rented with outbuilding turned sewing space

I have a tiny house in Wolvercote and love to sew, a hobby which takes up quite a lot of space! I wondered if anyone local with a big house might want to rent a room to me so that I could store my sewing machines and crafting supplies and ironing board and pop round to sew once or twice a week for a few hours. The room / space would need to have electricity, enough space for a big desk and an ironing board, and some storage space (I could provide the furniture if desired) - could be an unused attic, a spare room, an unused outbuilding, garden office or garage! Am open to suggestions. Would be a small income but of course I wouldn't actually be there very often so might be a nice small income boost for someone with more space than they need but without an appetite for a house mate :)
