I am a female student aged 27. I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 20/05/2024 and have a budget of £400-600pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age.

I’ll be working on my dissertation and other research/professional work throughout my stay. So I’ll prefer a quiet environment.

I play the acoustic guitar as a hobby but I won’t do so to the inconvenience of others or in common areas. It’s completely fine if this will not be allowed but I thought it’s important to mention this.

My work also includes hosting webinars and online sessions, yet again the emphasis on a relatively quiet environment.
