Trans disabled 20s with cats

Hi, I've never been in private let housing, but I'm really struggling with the wait times of the social housing I've applied for (moving from Angus into Dundee) so:
I'm putting some inquiries out for either a one bedroom flat or someone needing a flatmate in Dundee. Right now I don't have enough for a deposit so I'm really looking for people I could contact within a few months.
- I'm trans, so landlord/flatmate must be LGBT+ friendly.
- I'm disabled, and unfortunately have been too sick to work since 2017, I'm on benefits for this. I don't use a wheelchair but stairs are quite tricky for me- the less the better.
- I own 3 cats, neutered, super super friendly, indoor, haven't caused any damage to my current property- though I don't have carpet so not sure how they'd be with it.
- I don't have any allergies but I'm open to making sure if someone else has them to learn and make sure all is safe, don't smoke, and don't have or want a partner as I'm aroace. I'm in my mid 20s, can cook, clean, etc.
