Double Room wanted

Hi,

My name is Martin and I am seeking a double room.

I am a professional male working in a hybrid manner. I usually work in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Therefore, reliable broadband internet connection is essential for me as well as a landlord or housemate who will be happy for me to be at home for some of the working week.

I consider myself to be flexible so for example, I can be sociable, but at the same time respect other people's privacy and need for their own space.

My current tenancy requires one month's notice, therefore I would not be able to move into any property until one month after agreement.
