Beautiful double room, en suite and office

I am looking for a working professional to share my lovely 3 bed house in the stunning village of Holt. Just a few minutes stroll away from the local shop, two national trust properties, wild herb cafe, two fab pubs, numerous walking options, west-wilts equestrian centre and even wild swimming! Holt is a busy, vibrant and welcoming community and is just a 5 minute drive away from Bradford on Avon and 20 minutes from Bath. This house share would be suitable for a working professional (working from home office is available if needed). There is 1 off road parking space provided. The bedroom is large and bright and includes a recently refurbished ensuite. There is shared access to the kitchen which has a dishwasher and modern appliances. A washer/dryer is installed on the first floor. There is a shared spacious living room with double doors out to the garden & patio area. I do have two gorgeous, friendly cats who live in mostly but enjoy sunbathing in the garden from time to time! Price includes bills and wifi. Our council tax is band D.
