The En-Suite room is in a clean and tidy 3-bed semi-detached house (upstair) which has been decorated and furnished to a high modern standard. Both bedroom (14 s. q. metres) and bathroom with a shower (4.5 s. q. metres) are very spacious. The kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area were modernised three years ago. The house is protected by CCTV cameras.

The house is located in a semi-rural village (a very quiet and countryside place), with around 3 miles out of the city centre. There are also great transport links to the centre areas, and only a 3-min walking distance to food stores or public parks.

Shared areas: kitchen, dining area, lounge (to be ready to share in July), and patio garden. All Bills are included and subject to reasonable usages of gas, electrics and water. A safe off-street parking space is provided. No smoking and alcohol drinking. Professionals are preferred.

Short stays are considered. Mon-Fri stay will be £150 per week. Minimum stay is 2 nights and charges £30 per night with bedding (bed sheets, duvets, pillows, cushions) provided. If you have any more questions, feel free to contact me. Thanks.
