Room available in upcoming tenancy

The house is newly renovated and kitted out beautifully. It’s less than 10 minute walk into town and just a minute from the racecourse. There are three floors so would be a floor each. The room available is the basement room which has a natural light window which brings a great amount of light in, is tiled throughout and has heating. It is shown in the picture with the sofa and the desk.

The kitchen/living room is open plan and would be shared as well as the bathroom. I have most furniture etc for the house itself so just furniture for the bedroom required.

I have a lovely olde English bulldog so liking dogs is preferred. She’s very well behaved and just likes cuddles all the time but would be trained to stay out of the basement floor.
I work from home but plan to have an office set up so I wouldn’t be in the shared areas all the time. I enjoy cooking nice meals and nice walks with my dog. Happy to have social time with a new housemate but equally having our own floors allows lots of privacy.
