Double room to rent

Looking to find a house mate to live with. I have a 5 year old son. I am single mum and be great to have some company and help towards the costs of living.

The room comes with a bedside table and wardrobe and a large double bed.
A bus stop is right outside my house. And opposite hartshill hayes country parks if, like me, you enjoy a trail run or forest walk.

All Bills are included . Including internet.

A deposit of £500 is required prior to moving in.

I have a chilled ragdoll house cat (Bentley) so pets are welcome as he would love a friend.

Shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen.

Ideally looking for a working professional who works day times (not from home).
