Hi thanks for your interest. We are looking for a third housemate for a double room with a newish bed with new orthopaedic (COMFY!) mattress. The room comes with plenty of storage room.
The house has lots of living space with a newly fitted bathroom with rainforest power shower, large living room and dinning room. Along with lots of original features, a back porch and plenty of parking by the house.
We live with a collie cross fell hound who is a big softie and loves meeting new people.
We keep our home clean and tidy, work during the week and enjoy hosting people for the occassional dinner party or barbeque as the summer months allow. We are on the doorstep of Heaton park (great for an early morning run), have many great pubs and eateries around us as well gyms and supermarkets.
