We are a laid back, happy and friendly household who would welcome someone similar who has good morals and can look after our home just as well as we do. Our house is very close to Epsom Downs and local shops (5 minutes walk). We have a lovely open planned living space and garden with a hot tub. One room available is downstairs and priced £800pm and available beginning of September. The other room is a garden room priced at £950pm and available beginning of August.
