Short Term - Ensuite in 4 Bed House - Ecclesall Rd

Room with ensuite for rent in a recently refurbished house, sharing with 3 others. We're looking for someone to take a room for approximately 2 months (July & August) - as a current flatmate is moving overseas.

The room itself is a nice size, with large built in wardrobe, desk, chair, double bed with appropriate storage as well as an ensuite with shower. I've tried to add photos to show the whole room.

The house has a large shared kitchen/ living room space with plenty of cupboards and surfaces for cooking, Two of us often cook at the same time with no issues.

It's in a great location on Ecclesall Road with Tesco/Sainsbury's a couple of minutes away as well as plenty of food places too. Also walkable to the city in 25 mins, but there's regular buses along the way too. There's parks & the Peaks not far either

The three of us (males 23-26) are easy going & pretty sociable - often cooking together, watching TV in the kitchen/living room, going to the pub etc.

Rent is £498 per month, council tax is £44 and bills should be a good bit under £100 for everything (we're currently changing plans so TBC).
