Double sunny room

I'm looking for someone to live in my flat whilst im away for 2 monthd, possibly to continue if suitable thereafter. Large double bed in sunny room in garden flat. Very close to library ,shops, bus routes, town centre, parks and gyms. ... room includes acces to new modern kitchen leading to large ornamental garden including woodburner and paved seating area for outdoor entertaining. Lots of outside space all round.. Good sized bathroom with walk in shower . Plenty of parking on road. I live in but away working or travelling quite a bit. There is an outdoors cat!
