Double bedroom available in end terraced house in Llanrumney, on the west side of Cardiff. Easy access to Eastern Avenue, M4 (J30, J29 and J28) Bristol and Newport.
Room has a double bed in it, with built in wardrobes.
Shared bathroom and communal living spaces. Electric shower. Large garden area to the rear, BBQ etc
Parking is ample, but on street. All bills included.
Outside pets considered.
Interested parties must be professionals, although mature students will be considered. Prefer male housemates. I work odd hours (early and late)and weekends, housemates should respect this.
Rent is £600 pcm, paid in advance, with a deposit of £300 paid up front too.
