A private space of 2 rooms for a couple in Taunton centre TA1 1SS. That is the most central area in Taunton you can ever get. Comes available on 23/05/2024 ( Large double room + Annex room) mooving in is possible on 23rd of May. It is a Large Double room with additional Annex double room ( a space of 2 rooms in total). I will accept a couple in it. Also can accept 2 females or 2 males, who are friends or coleques or relatives to each other, but do not forget that it is only one double bed in there, which means that you would have to share one bed between you. The Price for a couple is £200/ week all inclussive (£800/ 4 weeks) Deposit is £600.

The Single room is available now. It contains a single faux leather liftup bed, an Intergrated wardrobe, a white gloss sideboard with draws and doors, a wall hung unit and a wall mirror. Newly renovated. Price for a single room is £145/week all inclussive (£580 / 4weeks). Deposit is £500. Mooving in is possible into it now only. Would not consider anybody who needs a Single room somewhen in June or July.

A Large double room with additional Annex room comes available on 23/05/2024 (2 rooms in total). Both rooms are fully furnished and heated as can be seen in photos. Overall it is a private space of the size like one bedroom flat would be. It is in Taunton centre, in TA1. Mooving in is also possible on 23/05/2024. COUPLES ACCEPTED !!! Hinckley bus stops are near the property.
Minimum age: 18+. Minimum term: 6 months. In this room I can accept maximum 2 persons. Only working people who both have jobs.
The location is the most central area you can ever get in Taunton. I will accept into a single room a single professional and into a double room I will accept a couple (2 persons maximum) who both have full time jobs.
Both rooms are just renovated, fully furnished. Honestly, it is plenty enough of space even for a couple to live in a double room with the Annex room. The annex room is heated aswell as the main room - is fully furnished and can be used as an extra living space. The double room contains a double bed, 2 mirrored wardrobes, an armchair a bedside and a chest of 4 drawers. The annex room has 2 armchairs, a shelving unit, side table and a long sideboard. It is a really large space over all-which is great.
The property itself is aswell newly renovated with all brand new equipment in it. Very nice modern, tidy kitchen and the bathroom. Has a lovely dinning room with large glass table and chairs. Property has a massive and nice garden at the rear and built rain roof above the seating area. Parking spaces available along the road.

Only over 18 of age. The price for a double room for a couple is £200/week all inclusive (£800/4weeks), deposit is £600. To secure the room a Deposit will be needed to be paid upfront. To move in you would have to pay 4 weeks rent upfront.
Proof of Employment will be needed (3 recient payslips or a contract of Employment), if you are a couple then proofs of your employments will be needed from both of you, then proof of your Rights To Rent in UK (a sharable code generated on gov. uk website) will be needed from both of you (for non British Nationals only), 1 recient bank statement will be needed from both the applicants, copies of passports from both of the applicants will be needed too.
Maximum 2 adults per double room and not 3, as most of you think that I would accept 3 people in a room, no way, please read the advert carefully before applying for this room. Age 18+ ( not younger).

The 2 seperate females living in the property are people who have full time jobs, who are serious in life, respectfull, who respect other person's resting time and who would expect the same attitude from the other person. If your attitude towards others is the same- then this is a house and company for you.
It is a shared 4 bedroom property, so the Kitchen is shared and the Bathroom is shared.
Referencies from previous Landlords are Not Needed.
I just will repeat, maximum 2 persons in a double room, both persons must be over 18 of age and both must have full jobs. If you are seperate 2 people and not related, then you have to consider that it is only one double bed, which means that you would have to share one bed if decided to take this room togeather.
Minimum term 6 months. Short lets may consider, but to get the rooms all the same rules would apply and the same pricings.
There is a bus stop right by the property from where the bus takes people to Hincley Point which is very near the property, just 5 mins walk.
A Person or a couple would pay 4 weeks rent in advance on their mooving in day. Deposit would have to be paid prior to mooving in, for securing the room.
Strictly <no visitors> rule applies at the property. Visitors are not allowed at any times.
