My flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to join me in this lovely 2 bedroom flat.

This is a nice quiet (sorry, no parties) shared flat with 2 bedrooms close to Cowley Road. A good size double room will be available from 1 June. It has a double bed, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a desk, a chair and a chest of drawers. The house has a small but functional kitchen, living room and one bathroom. All rooms have a view of the surrounding greenery.

The flat is around 30min walk from the city center and only 10 mins cycling or 15min by bus. Cowley road with all shops, restaurants, bars is only 15mins walk away.

Bills are not included and they are approximately £200-220 per month (electricity, internet, council tax, water, TV license). This will fluctuate slightly depending on electricity prices and how much electricity we use per month (the house is electrically heated).

I'm looking for a friendly, flexible and clean housemate who will consider this house as a home and help me to keep it clean and cozy. The flat is vegetarian/vegan and LGBTQ+ friendly :) The new person needs to be a professional, or willing to pay council tax anyway. I'm looking for someone who's a vegetarian/vegan and around my age (34, I'm a vegetarian myself).

I am a STEM researcher at the university of Oxford, and like a mix of being sociable and time alone. In my free time I like to run around on a hockey pitch, go for walks, watch old seasons of Strictly Come Dancing, and try out some of the dessert restaurants around town.
