Kitchen with all necessities incl. dishwasher and other appliances, pots, plates, cups and etc.

Deposit: If you struggling with paying full deposit, you can pay half before move in and other half 1 week after.
You are welcome to use garage.
Good size garden with decking and driveway for 3 cars to front.

Behind the garden there is a field with a barn so it's quite and private. Also you can see from garden trail into Sherwood Forest. There is a summer house located at the back of the garden with electric linden sauna, bar and bathroom.
Great place to relax after stressful day at work as sauna have multiple health benefits.
Its a house with home atmosphere. In rainy or cold days log burner can be used.

Due village location and less light pollution stars seen more easily here.
Generally very safe and quite with good ecology compare to city live. Local surgery is very good.
