We, David (36) and Lillia (34), are excited to offer a beautiful double room in our three-bedroom house, ideally located a stone's throw from both the train station and the scenic river. Our home features a lovely south-facing patio garden that captures the sunshine, perfect for relaxing.

- Shared living room and kitchen, fully equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher and pantry.
- Two bath/shower rooms (you'll share one with Lillia, while David uses the downstairs wet room).
- Utility essentials: washing machine and dishwasher.
- An inviting south-facing patio.
- A guest bedroom in the fourth small bedroom (this is not for rent).
- Plus, all the little comforts that make a house a home.

**Room Details:**
The room for rent measures 11' 3" x 9' 5" (3.43m x 2.87m) and overlooks the garden. It features a large window, built-in wardrobe, shelving in the chimney recess, picture rail, power points, radiator, and is carpeted for your comfort.

**About Us:**
- David: Freelance Creative (content, graphic design, photography, videography), enjoys cooking, movie nights, and a good glass of wine.
- Lillia: Art Director and Nutritionist, commuting to London occasionally. Passionate about health, yoga, and reading.

**Ideal Housemate:**
We're looking for someone in their late 20's to late 30's who values cleanliness and a cosy, homely vibe. We appreciate a friendly and open housemate who enjoys socialising when we’re all at home. We are not a party house, so a quieter person would be preferred.

**Additional Details:**
- Bills are £150 per month, covering everything including a monthly cleaner.
