I am looking for 2 individuals (females preferred) to enter into a joint tenancy agreement on this property from the 8th of June 2024. I have loved living here for the last few months and would love to continue staying with 2 individuals to replace the current tenants.

Both rooms are rented at £800 and a deposit of £1200 is needed. The agency is looking to do a credit check and asking for a guarantor (there are other criteria provided instead of this if needed). Looking for someone for long term.

Someone who is very clean and tidy, who respects others' spaces and is open to a chill flat.

The main bathroom is only shared among 2 people.
