We have two rooms available, one available now, one standard room (no ensuite) @ £120 pw in this exclusive house for Mature / Masters and PhD students. The other is from the end of June at £130 pw as this room has its own shower. We currently have 4 PhD students. The initial contract is for 6 months but we would consider a short-term term let to September/October. The standard room is £ 120 per week including all bills / £130 for the larger room with its shower.
This house has no bathroom queues as two rooms are en-suite and the other 4 rooms share three showers. The other tenants are PHD students who have lived in this sociable house for the past couple of years.
There is a beautiful open-plan kitchen and a spacious sitting area.
All rooms have TV aerial points and there is fast broadband throughout.
All bills and TV licence are included with a large flat screen TV in the lounge. Less than 10 minutes walk to Liverpool University, the Tropical School of Medicine and the Royal Liverpool Hospital. Also on a direct bus route to Alder Hey Hospital.
