The room is furnished and has a new double bed, big wardrobe, but if you’d like to bring your own furniture, we are happy to move out the current ones or just take out to storage, any unwanted furniture currently in the room.

Rent - £800 including all the bills.

One month deposit. No other fees. Rent includes all bills + wifi.
