Although this is not a party flat, we tend to have small relaxed get-togethers with friends every now and then during weekends. A friendly disposition and respect for privacy are important to us. Some telly, a bite together and some laughs in the evening would be wonderful but a more introverted individual would be equally welcome. As gay men, we would expect an LGBTQ+ friendly mentality.
