Cozy Room in Brixton Houseshare

Hello!

Our housemate is moving out to move back to Barcelona so we are now on the look out for someone new to join us in Brixton.

The room is quite cozy, bright and airy with a large window facing the back yard, original floor boards and fire place. It has a double bed, two wardrobes and the desk and chairare for sale if you want them in; the house is plenty of storage space if you require more.

Rent is £641 and bills come to £110 a month, and include broadband, utilities, TV license and council tax (Band E). The move in date is beginning of June.

Our landlords have requested that the new tenant is in a permanent job with a regular monthly income and is eligible for UK residency.

We have a large shared living room with plenty of shelf space, a TV and comfy sofas. There is a big bathroom with a bath and a smaller shower room, both with toilets. The kitchen is lovely with tons of storage, dining table and all the essentials. Plus the garden gets a nice bit of sun in the day and there is space round the side where we keep our bikes. There is also a basement which is perfect for extra storage.

The house is in a fab spot just a 10 minute walk to Clapham North (Northern line), a 15 minute walk to Brixton station (Victoria line) and a 20 minute walk to Clapham Common.

Lidl and Tesco are 5 minutes up the road on Acre lane and all the delights of Brixton Village for food and drinks are a short walk away. The house is however on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle of Brixton.

You will be sharing with Gemma, Juliette and Elisabeth. We are a friendly house, working partly from home and partly in the office. We've all moved in via spare room and are looking for a lovely new person to join our house.
