Double Room 2 bed flat West End Short term tenant
Hi!
Both myself and my flatmate (26 female) are ending our tenancy at the flat! I’m planning to move back down to London on **10th May so I’m looking for someone (has to be a woman!) who would like to stay from 10th May- 26th May. My flatmate will also be staying until the end of the tenancy.
You will just pay £500 for the length of your stay and it will include all bills including the WiFi.
The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, meaning you will have your own bathroom with a shower. There is a shared kitchen and lounge. The flat has all the usual amenities you’d expect plus a dishwasher/ washing machine/ toaster/ kettle.
There is a shared garden as well as a patio with French doors leading out from the lounge. 5 min walk from Puregym, Great Western Road or the city centre, the river, the St George’s cross subway, or 20 min walk to Queen Street Station. If you like running there are some great river routes nearby.
