Flat is well located for amenities and commuting to the city centre can be done in 20 minutes. Bus stop just across the road will get you into city centre in 25-30 minutes, and two train stations are within 10 minutes walking distance (3 stops/8 minutes to Queen Street). Several supermarkets, along with library, gym and swimming pool are all within easy walking distance.
Will be sharing with 37 year old female asexual who is very fond of anime, video games and the odd comic book/fantasy novel, when she’s not trying to put together travel plans or heading to the gym. I work from home most days of the week – but I usually keep to my own space if I’m not out. Hoping to find a non-smoking flatmate of any gender/orientation who doesn’t mind the odd conversation in the evening and is happy to pull their weight keeping the place clean. Professionals preferred.


I am currently fostering a cat, so any prospective flatmates should be comfortable around cats. In addition, I'm afraid I cannot consider anyone with a pet (unless the pet can remain their room at all times) due to this.
