Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Student Roost Merchant Studios. Due to personal circumstances I have had to leave my tenancy early. Anyone who wishes to take over this tenancy can move in ASAP. The tenancy would end on the 24th of August 2024.
The room is a bronze self-contained studio with bedroom kitchen and bathroom. The room comes with under-bed storage, wardrobe, personal study space with desk and chair.

Rent is £259.00 per week (all bills are included).
You will be required to provide a UK based guarantor.
Finally, a deposit of £200 is required which will be returned to you at the end of the tenancy.
