Short Let 3-18 June. Twin/Dbl. Mostly private bath

1 large room available in quiet, spacious 3 bedroom flat, for short term let between 3-18 June.
Ideally looking for guest/s who can stay a minimum stay of 11 nights, as I'm not around to do a changeover in the middle.
Rent, including all bills:
£35/night for one person
£45/night for two sharing
This bedroom has very comfortable twin beds, which can be joined to make a Superking, if preferred.
Room contains desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, multiple power points etc.
Use of main bathroom with bath and shower over bath.
This bathroom is shared with me, the owner, when around (which won't be alot for these dates!)

Lovely, peaceful and beautiful flat in a fantastic area.

The flat is on a quiet street, yet just a couple of minutes walk to lots of amenities as well as excellent transport links to the city centre / universities etc.
Ample easy free parking in the wide street directly outside.

Flat shared with me, the owner (although as I said I expect to be away for most of these dates).
There is a 3rd bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, with 1 guest booked to stay through to the end of June (and another guest booked in after that).

Please note, to meet STL licence requirements, guests cannot use my address as their main residence, they must have a permanent/home address elsewhere :)
