Live in landlord seeks lodger in this spacious house, with off-street free parking on the driveway.

Lodger has use of all the ground floor, landlord lives on 1st floor in self-contained area upstairs.

We welcome any police officers, police staff, firefighters, and NHS. Teachers also welcome.
(We offer a £100 discount for the above)

We would ideally like this opportunity to go to key workers.

Lodger has downstairs double bedroom with private full bathroom, (see photos)
Lodger has use of the downstairs kitchen and lounge area which opens, via patio doors to the large back garden.

Ideally we would be looking for emergency services staff.
Preferably male.
Live in landlord is male and would be more comfortable with another male.
