Huge bedroom on Elm Grove

I’m looking for a flatmate to take on the other room in a 2-bed flat with me from late August for the next academic year, as my flatmate will be moving out, I will be going into my 3rd year as a student paramedic at the University of Portsmouth and would prefer to share with another student. Rent £550 each per month, bills £120 each per month. The room available (bedroom 2) is massive for a student flat, with an interesting conservatory type space.
Located on Elm Grove/St Peters Grove only a 15 minute walk to Uni, with a parking permit and plenty of on street parking available. There is the possibility to get the room slightly earlier if arranged with my current flatmate.
