Hello we are looking for a lodger for our spare double sized room. Shared lounge and shared bathroom and you will have your own separate fridge freezer. There is also a downstairs toilet and a parking space for one car.
Please no one on benefits only a working professional or a student.
It will be set up as a 6 monthly rolling contract at £625pcm. All bills included.
There is a local shop 400 yards away and a nice park with walks. Also a hair dressers 300 yards away.
If you have a TV and a wall bracket I'm happy to put it up for you. There is also a new desk/dressing table a closed and open wardrobe a double bed and two side tables in the bedroom.
I am the owner of the property with my partner and 5 year old son. We are hard working good people.
