Room has plenty of shelving and storage. You can decorate as you wish within reason, I'm pretty flexible.
Shared bathroom, large living room and garden access.

Must be ok with living with cats.
Kitchen comes with some shared utensils and utilities, including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and utility room.

Lots of cupboard space for you. Shared use of separate fridge and freezer (both large).

Located close to motor way access, NHS park and ride to hospitalat the top of the street or 25-35 minute walk to hospital, and very close to bus stop with direct routes to city centre.
Parking available on the side of the road or on grass outside of the house.

This is my own home, so no agencies involved. I'm quite house proud and recently renovated the bathroom. You are expected to be respectful of the home, clean and tidy in your room and communal spaces.

Bills included but will be reviewed if use of utilities is abused/inline with general bill I creases.
