The house has a large kitchen / dining room 5mtrs wide, with a full-size fridge and separate freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. All cooking facilities.
Plus all utensils.

All rooms come with fire doors and thumb turn locks.

The house meets the latest council fire and safety regulations.
Has a Hmo license
There is a cleaner/ gardener who attends the property on a weekly basis to clean all communal areas and attend to the garden as required which has a large decked area with patio table and seating.

There is a large Premier shop 5 minute walk away and the house is on the main bus route to Southampton.
There is also a train station within 5 min walk with direct link to Southampton Central and surrounding areas.

There is a £50 holding deposit required for the room this is used towards 1st full months rent.

All utilities are included in the rent inc fibre optic broadband on wireless router.

Minimum age 23. No couples at this time.
