Looking for a new flatmate in Fleet

Looking for a new flatmate, I been renting this apartment for nearly 3 years. One double bedroom is available from the 2 of July. Bathroom with a bathtub, and spacious living room, modern kitchen. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the train station direct line to London, also 5 minutes away from Fleet pond. Also Fleet high street with the shops is 10-15 minutes walk.
My name is Henrietta am 28 years old part time working uni student, spending most of my time in my room. I have a friendly cat(Tobias)who been with me for 8 years now. He enters all shared living spaces. Also I have a hamster. We got along well with all previous flatmates.
Landlords are extremely helpful and they deal with any concerns quickly. You would be contracted with them and would need some background information on you.
