Lovely 2 bed semi detached with friendly pets

I am a quiet, friendly lecturer at Winchester university with two housecats (aged 12) and a busy cocker spaniel puppy aged 18months who goes to work with me! I work half at work and half at home.


My lovely two bedroom home has a newly decorated spare room with very comfy double trundle bed (the bed in the picture pulls out to be a full sized double). There is also now a desk and chair in the room and two chest of drawers.

I have a large kitchen, garden, share bathroom and we can negotiate use of the living room and conservatory - this is a room let rather than house. There is a dishwasher, freezer, fridge space and washing machine.

If you are a student the university is 20-25mim walk then a 5min bus ride.

Locally I am perfectly located as I am fifteen mins walk from a country park (and Hobbycraft and a garden centre!), 20mins drive to city centre. Up the M3 to Winchester park and ride is 20mins! Please note I am the other side of the city from the hospital.
I will happily leave you to it but will say hello and you are welcome to join me in the large shared kitchen. I have a small back garden that is enclosed and there is on the road parking but it is in a dead end so no through traffic.

I would prefer someone quiet and not to have anyone (partners, friends) stay overnight or visit often but this is negotiable.

Note that included bills is negotiable but heating and electric may increase the monthly rent or be contributed to separately mid winter. Contact me to discuss/negotiate. I am council tax band b and an LGBTQ+ house.
