Situated in a 3 bedroom flat with access to a shared balcony, Silver Non Ensuite room is a medium sized room so it would give you space for studying and relaxing in your bedroom. You would then share the toilet/shower-room and kitchen with your flatmates.

Each room comes with a study desk, wardrobe, shelving and a small double bed along with access to a lovely balcony for you to chill out on. All rooms have 250 MB Wi-Fi, which is included with your rent along with all other bills!

Groccery stores such as morrissons and sainsbury local are right below and wimslow and curry mile are a short 10 minute walk away.

The univerisy is also a 10 minute walk from here. and the AGLC is 5 minutes away.

This is a female apartment.

I reserved this room for the upcoming academic year, but I've decided to opt for university accommodations instead. Therefore, I'm seeking a replacement tenant. I'm not acquainted with the other tenants in the flat.
