Short Let - bedroom with en-suite & parking space

The room will be available from 27 June - 27 August 2024 which is the end of the current fixed term tenancy. We may consider resigning but this isn’t known at the moment.

A bright double room with an en-suite is available in a modern, spacious flat. Secure parking included.

The flat is based in Middlewood Locks, a modern flat complex with 24-hour security, an onsite co-op, artisan coffee shop (92 Degrees) and brewhouse (Seven Bro7hers). The flat is less than a 5-minute walk from Regent’s Retail Park which includes a JD Gyms, Sainsbury’s and Home Bargains. We are also a 10-minute walk to both Castlefield and Spinnigfields.

We are looking for a friendly and sociable flat mate to share with 2 friends (both female) a 28 yo PhD student & 28 yo solicitor. We’re both foodies who cook dinner together during the week subject to our schedules, enjoy chilling in the flat and going out for drinks, and working out, so would ideally want someone with the same interests. We’re looking for someone we can become friends with as well as being housemates. We’re clean and tidy so would want someone who is similar in this respect.

The room is £765 pcm including a secure parking space and is available from the end of June, as our current friend/housemate is moving out of the city centre. The annual contract renewal with the landlord is the end of August.

Bills are £180 a month per person but this leaves some excess for communal buys and anything left over we periodically re split out.
