Modern double room available in Chorlton

Seeking someone to move into my flat as my mate is moving out to go travelling. Ideally looking for someone pretty laid back and who is a professional. I work from home around 3 times a week, when I work from home I use the table in the main living area (as soon as I finish at 5/5.30 everything is packed away).

I'm easy going with most things, can hang out or not, can cook together sometimes, or not, generally keep the flat clean. Would need to move in by June.

Internet is 150mbps, wanted fast internet for work, I pay all bills. In your bedroom there is a bed, mattress, bedside tables, desk, mirror, bedside lamp and built in wardrobe. I have an en suite so I don't use the 'main' bathroom essentially meaning we both have our own bathroom. Shared kitchen and living room space. Feel free to bring more house plants.

Bit about me:
- Went to the University of Manchester and stayed in Manchester to live, lots of my friends from university also live in Chorlton so I socialise a lot
- I'm an Estates Surveyor, work in Telecoms
- Like going out most weekends, coffees, drinking, chilling, watching TV shows
- Play football every week, like all sports and into music
