Friendly Quiet Houseshare. Including all bills

I am looking for two persons who are easy going clean and tidy, mature natured professional or post graduate students individuals to join me in my household of a tranquil and harmonious atmosphere.

The first room available is a very double sized with purple wallpaper, to the front of the house with an excellent view to the front garden and Road. Room available now.

The 2nd is a very large triple size room at the back with a view to a large back garden with bright sunshine. It’s the second on video as you reach upstairs and it’s shown in the photos with a wide window, a colourful bed, study table, chair and wardrobe which is available now.

The 3rd room is a small double facing the front of house with bed next to window on photos . Room available now.

2nd and 3third rooms on the video show some furniture missing as they were newly decorated.

The rooms which are extremely spacious, always airy with lots of brightness, looking out to the front and back gardens. Upstairs bathroom, a separate w. c. also downstairs w. c.

The household is in a quiet and calm surroundings, freshly decorated and comprising of an entrance hallway, communal lounge and kitchen with all the Necessary appliances.

Gardens to front and a large rear garden (lovely on a sunny day) with garden furniture. Off road parking.

The house is in a sought-after area, within short walking distance to Unicorn and Morrisons and with excellent transport links(tram station next to Morrison’s ) into City centre and universities. Chorlton centre within 5 minutes walk, many pubs, bars and restaurants, takeaways etc.

The people who are in the living at the house at the moment are Claudia, Danny and myself. .

Most bills are included in the rent. Council tax, water rates and internet fully paid by landlord.
