Hi my name is Nick and I'm an e-commerce manager. I'm looking for a new person to move into my flat as things didn't work out with my partner and she has left the property. I consider myself clean and tidy. I'm in the office 5 days a week (I also bought a desk for my room but I'm happy for you to use it as i'm in 5 days a week now).

I'm very easy going and would like to keep the flat I'm currently living in as it's brand new and has been very well taken care of. The flat is 10 minutes from the tram/trainstop. The building is also very secure and safe. I don't drive, but a parking spot comes with the flat, if you don't drive as well this can be leased out for £100 per month.

The flat has two beds and two bathrooms. A vey large common area, and a balcony that is also the large enough to have a garden.

I don't usually go out on the weekdays, weekends I usually spend time seeing friends, hiking, going away to see friends, etc.

The council tax is about £1oo per person per month.
