I have a double bedroom to let in a 4 bedroom house. The room is currently furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a desk. It also has a view of the South Downs.

The house has 2 bathrooms, a utility room, a shared open-planned kitchen/living room and a garden.
There is a driveway in front of the house which can be used as well as free parking on the street. There are a couple of bus routes that are within walking distance of the property.

Rent is inclusive of bills:
Broadband, gas, electricity, water and council tax.
