We are a busy family of Mum, Dad and 2 boys aged 14 & 17. Eldest daughter of 20 is going off to Barcelona to study for 3 months so we are looking for a lodger for her room. The room is bright and sunny with a single bed, storage cupboard and chest of drawers. All bed linen can be provided. All bills are included. WiFi included. Use of family lounge/dining room and kitchen. Shower and bath in bathroom. On street parking (parking permit needed) and a south facing garden.
