Massive Double room for rent in Windermere.

Hi, I'm moving out and looking for someone to sublet my huge Double room in the centre of Windermere. The is 4 months remaining on my lease and then you will have the option of renewing it with the landlord if you choose. It is a large house with several floors and a garden, my room is on the first floor. It is fully furnished with bed wardrobe, sofa, 3 sets of drawers and a chair.

There are 3 bathrooms upstairs so there is never any issue of waiting.
The price of the room is £600 but I pay £550 so whoever moves in would need to pay me £475 which would be my deposit and the remainder of this months I am doing viewings this weekend and on Monday.
