A comfortable furnished single room available in a modern property situated on a quiet modern development with quiet, peaceful surroundings. The property is within 3 miles of Durham University, the hospital and the train station. Included in the package are all bills, full use of kitchen appliances, WiFi, parking and shared living area. Suitable only for a tidy, respectful person, non smoking household.
Good cycle, walking and running bridal ways around the local countryside and the local shops are 150mts away. Living in the property at the moment are Hannah and myself, Hannah works at the university and usually splits her time 50/50 between home and here. The property is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, we prioritise keeping the place clean and tidy and we have a rule of always clear away after ourselves. I am self employed and I have plenty of experience of people staying fro all different nationalities. Short and long stay welcome, no minimum.
