Take over of tenancy (August 2024)
I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the month of August. My contract would finish by the end of August but I will want to move one month before that. It is a double room on a 4 bedroom victorian house in Brookfields (21 brookfields CB13NW), right before Mill Road. It is shared with 3 other girls. Rent is £535 and in addition you would have to pay 1/3 of council tax because the house has 1 student and 2 workers (Band C) + energy bills.
