I'm looking for a flatmate for my 2 bedroom apartment just off of the Boulevard in WSM. The property is approx 15 mins from the station for easy links to Bristol, Exeter, etc.

The double room is fairly large, with a tall window and high ceilings. The en-suite is spacious with a window. The room will be unfurnished but there are multiple places nearby to get most furnishings. The rest of the apartment is furnished with sofas, fridge, dining table etc.

There is a large kitchen/diner, a separate living room and an extra bathroom with over bath shower.

The rent is 600 p/m each.
Council tax is Band B (approx £101 p/m each)
Bills are roughly £50 p/m each.

The current tenancy lasts until April with a 1 month rolling tenancy afterwards.

I work for Bristol Council and am looking for other professionals to share with. I would like someone who's happy to socialise, but is fairly quiet and laid back. Must be able to clean up after yourself!!! Please message me if you fit the bill!
