Sunny double room to rent in Horfield

We have one south facing unfurnished double room available in our shared house and we're looking for a long term person to join us. Rent is 635 per month plus bills, council tax and internet (which comes to about £110/month each) & we will be signing a 12 month lease with the agents together from 20th May, move in date can be sooner as the room is currently empty.
The room is up one flight of stairs, you will be sharing the upper floor with one other housemate. The other bedroom is downstairs, we have a shared living room overlooking the garden and a separate kitchen. There is a fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.

No pets due to allergies sorry!

We are one couple and a friend, all working full time professionals. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly household, and welcoming of neurodivergence/minority groups and communities. Generally we keep a quiet vibe on weekdays, and often out and about or have friends visiting on weekends. We value time together as well as having our own independent social lives. We are a fun creative lot who love dancing, wild swimming, art and colourful decor. We'd love to find someone who has some similar interests, is either LBGT themselves or a supportive ally, and is respectful of our need for quiet after 10/11pm on weekdays :)

The house is a few minutes walk from Gloucester Road with good transport links to the city centre, and also Horfield Common for some green space. There is plenty of on road parking nearby if you have a car.

We have a decent size garden too which is currently full of blue bells, and often meet foxes walking up the road in the evenings.
