We have two double rooms available in this smart shared house. Filton Rd is the extension of Gloucester Rd North so it's a perfect location for Southmead hospital, and on a good bus route to Airbus, UWE, Rolls Royce and MOD. £225/215 week all bills included.
• Fully furnished, double room available.
• Plenty of communal space including 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a dining room, and a large lounge with plenty of seating, freeview TV and fast wifi throughout.
• kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a meal during your stay. We also supply bedding as well as essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, laundry powder and toilet roll.
• There is a live out House Manager who keeps the house looking great.
• This house has a nice garden space, which is great to take a break in if you are working from home.
• Minimum 1 week booking. Can stay for as long as you like
• £60 reservation fee to be paid upfront, remaining amount taken on arrival.
• Rent payment is every 4 weeks. Pay weekly accepted (£10 surcharge).
• Washer & dryer use - £1 for washer, £2 per hour for dryer
