Looking for friendly house share in Hove/Brighton

Hey, l'm Zoe.

I am 31 and work for an education charity on some youth climate campaigns. I mostly work from home but sometimes work in the library and go into an office about once a week. Appreciate that quite a few folk prefer not to have flatmates working at home, if it is for energy bill reasons, I am not someone to put the heating on all day and instead wrap myself in multiple blankets (if that helps with any concerns)!
I am pretty active and outdoorsy and have listed some of my interests below. Shared values are more imporant to me than shared interests (though nice to share some too) so would like to live with people who look out for one another, are empathetic, care about social justice etc. I am a chilled out and calm person and used to shared living so conscious of what I do and always open to communicating clearly. I am looking for a place where everyone gets on, are interested in each other's lives but of course there's no pressure to be hanging out all the time as each person has the own things going on and needs time by themselves (well I do at least)!

I would ideally like a place where I can store my bike indoors or a secure area. Otherwise, would be keen for a place with a living room and a bedroom which would have enough room for a desk. I would also like a place where it is okay to have friends/family over in a respectful way, not big groups and to party, just the occasional dinner or visitor to Brighton.
