Looking for a 2 bedroom flat/house for me and my best friend.
I’m a young professional and my friend is studying part time masters level in Leeds (and part time working).
We are 2 artists looking for somewhere homely and laid back, we are very tidy and mellow people, ideally we’d like to be located on the outskirts of the city centre but open to other areas!
Some sort of outdoor space (garden/balcony), parking for 1 car and a washing machine is a must!
We have references from previous rentals and guarantors, please let me know if you would like more details on this and I’ll be as quick as I can to supply some info.
