Rich Alsop here. I'm currently in Palm Beach, Queensland, Australia.
I'm originally from Hull but I've been living in Australia for the past 17 years.
I've always returned to Hull on a regular basis to visit family & friends. I lost my stepfather to cancer a couple of years ago and now return each summer.
I rented a room in Hessle during the last 2 summers from a lovely guy just off First Lane. (glowing reference available!) but he has recently sold the house and is travelling overseas.

Ideally, I am looking for a room in Hessle or outer west Hull to be near the family.

I used to own a house in Hessle and my family are spread across Kirk Ella, Anlaby & Hessle.

I am a successful business owner here in Australia and I have recently sold an investment property I had in Doncaster, so money is no issue at all.
I am very respectful of people's property & space. I have lived happily alone, in relationships and in numerous share houses all without issue.

I already have work lined up through friends and will be spending a lot of time with my family, so I do not envisage spending a huge amount of time in the house.
I am a happy positive person, have a good sense of humour and I'm easy going. I'm pretty confident to say that I would want someone like me as a no trouble/no fuss tenant!!
